- Returns are given as store credit, which you can use to buy any dress.
- Products must be unused, unwashed and with original tags.
- Customer pays shipping for size exchange and returns.

Damaged, Wrong or Missing Product:

- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will exchange or reship without any extra fee.

Cancellation:

- Within 4 hours: full refund to original payment method.
- After 4 hours / once processing starts: store credit only.
- After dispatch: shipping + ₹80–₹100 fee deducted, balance as store credit.
