Yezwe Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:

Within 4 Hours: You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it for a full refund. Cancellations must be requested by contacting us at info@yezwe.com.

After 4 Hours: Cancellations are no longer possible. If you still wish to cancel, store credit will be issued instead of a refund. This policy ensures our made-to-order process remains efficient and sustainable by preventing wastage of materials and labor.

Customized Orders: Orders for customized products cannot be canceled once processing begins, as they are crafted based on your preferences and cannot be resold.
Exchange Policy:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product is damaged or defective, inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a return and provide an exchange for the same product or issue store credit.

Size Exchanges: If you need a size exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving your product. Exchanges are applicable only for standard size products, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for the exchange.

Condition for Exchange: The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or have missing tags will not be eligible for exchange.

Customized Items: For customized products, we cannot accommodate size changes to a larger size. However, alterations to make the item smaller can be arranged. Any adjustments must be made using the same dress, and we are happy to assist with such alterations if possible.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Customized products, sale items, and discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Store Credit Option: If the desired size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
Refund Policy:

Missing Parcels: If your parcel is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier service. Upon confirmation of the loss, you will be eligible for a full refund.
