Return Policy:
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a return pickup. T&C Apply
- For sizing issues, replacements in the desired size can be requested within 3 days of receipt. Customer covers size exchange shipping.
- Products must be returned unused, unworn, and with intact tags.
- Returns for damaged products will have us cover the courier charges.

- For damage during transit, prompt notification is required for a replacement. We cover the courier charges.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are provided for missing parcels during transit upon verification.
- Inconvenience fees for cancellations post-dispatch are deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds for COD orders are provided after deducting the non-refundable convenience fee.
Shipping:
- Door-to-door delivery depends on courier service availability.
- After dispatch, Kerala deliveries take 2-5 days, out-of-state deliveries take 5-7 days. Delivery times vary based on the courier.
- We use third-party couriers like Delhivery, Indian Post, DTDC, Blue Dart, DHL, Shadowfax, Ecom Express, etc.
