Damaged, Wrong or Missing Product:
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will exchange or reship without any extra fee.
Cancellation:
- Within 4 hours: full refund to original payment method.
- After 4 hours / once processing starts: store credit only.
- After dispatch: shipping + ₹80–₹100 fee deducted, balance as store credit.
- COD orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping:
- Door-to-door delivery depends on courier service availability.
- After dispatch, Kerala deliveries take 2–5 days, other states 5–7 days.
